This air vent outlet fits both assemblies in front of the passenger seat. The center right and also the right outer. Chrome outlet with black deflector fins does not include black plastic housing.

This air vent assembly is directly in front of the drivers seat on the left side of the instrument panel. Assembly includes black plastic housing and chrome outlet with black deflector fins.

This is the hard plastic duct that connect to the air box under the dash and runs to the outer left air outlet located in the instrument bezel need to the drivers door.
