Ordering and Delivery

USA1 Industries offers an innovative and user-friendly website where you can shop for Chevy and GMC truck parts 24/7, keeping you updated via email. We charge all orders in full at the time of purchase, whether the parts are in stock or on backorder. This way, your items are reserved and secured for you right away, and we can ship them out the moment they’re available and helping you avoid any extra delays or the risk of missing out on your parts. In-stock orders typically ship within 2-4 business days through FedEx or USPS. Please note that we are a US based manufacturer and retailer, we produce many made to order products, and the website does not show real-time inventory or indicate what's currently in stock. As of right now that responsibility is on you as the customer to check with a customer service associate on what is in stock. We offer two main categories of products: STOCK items and SOS parts that we manufacture in house. All time frames given by staff is estimated time frames and may change.

Whether you place your order online or over the phone, it is your responsibility to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of the order. A confirmation is sent after the purchase, and this is your opportunity to verify that all details are correct. If parts are ordered incorrectly the shipping cost to return will be your responsibility. Also 2 or more orders cannot be combined.

Please be sure to double-check the parts listed and the shipping address. Any errors at this stage will be considered the customer's responsibility, and additional shipping or product charges may apply as a result.

If your item is a STOCK item and is out of stock, you can typically expect to receive your full order within 1 to 4 weeks. Examples of STOCK items include weatherstripping, gauges, bumpers, grilles, vent outlets, taillight lenses, mirrors, and more.

If your item is an SOS item and is out of stock, it could take 1-5 months to ship. Examples of SOS items include dash pads, door panels, seat covers, headliners, all Colored interior and more.

Note: We do offer US Military Discounts for 10% off on online orders only. You will have to provide a photo evidence of some form of military ID such as ID card or discharge form. Email customerservice@usa1industries.com for more information. Phone orders will not receive military discount only online. If you have a coupon code the order will have to be placed online. It will not be able to be used over the phone.

Order Processing Stages:

  1. Placement – Your order has been successfully placed.
  2. Staged to Pick – Your order is waiting to be picked from inventory.
  3. Picking – We are actively picking the items in your order.
  4. Packaging – Your order is being packed and prepared for shipment.
  5. Processing – Final steps before your order is shipped.

Please note: If you request order to be canceled and request a refund during stages 3 through 5, a restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the order total (whichever is greater) will apply. If you accept an instore credit the 10% fee will be waved.

Note for international orders: Shipping costs do not include taxes or customs fees that may be charged by your country. You are only paying for packaging and shipping charges to USA1 Industries.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. To keep things fair and efficient, please review the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Best Method: The most reliable way to cancel an order is by phone. If we are assisting other customers and unable to answer, please leave a voicemail with your name, order number, and request. We cannot guarantee a callback without a voicemail.
  • Timing Matters:
    • Orders canceled before processing begins (Placement or Staged to Pick stages) can typically be canceled without penalty.
    • Orders canceled during Picking, Packaging, or Processing will incur a restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the order total (whichever is greater).
    • If order is canceled within the first 30 days and amount is $1000.00 or more there will be a 3% credit card fee deducted from refund. 
  • Store Credit Option: If you choose an in-store credit instead of a refund, the restocking fee will be waived.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations on SOS or custom-made products may be subject to higher restocking fees or may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order confirmation email immediately after purchase. This is the best time to correct any errors before the order enters processing.

Sales Tax Information

USA1 Industries Inc is based in Gibsonville, North Carolina and any retail purchases such as parts for Chevy Trucks must be charged North Carolina Sales Tax. Orders shipped outside of North Carolina will be exempt from all Sales Tax charges. Current North Carolina Law applies Sales Tax to tangible goods only, so no tax will be charged on any services such as shipping from USA1 Industries. Current North Carolina Sales Tax is 6.75%, but rates are subject to change without notice.

Damages and Shortages

Upon receiving any package from USA1 Industries, no matter what the outwards appearance of the packaging, open and inspect all parts and contents for damage and accuracy. In the case of a damaged, missing or incorrect parts please contact USA1 Industries Customer Service department immediately for assistance. All damages, shortages and incorrect parts must be reported with 5 business days upon receipt of package. If you should receive a damaged part and USA1 Industries is not notified within 5 business days of receiving it, USA1 Industries is not held responsible for replacement of the damaged or missing parts. Repeat: It is your responsibility to check parts, products, and items when you receive them within 5 days for quality and/or accuracy of the parts shipped. USA1 Industries is not liable for part replacements after 5 days and you may have to repurchase the items. 

Special Note:

Sheetmetal body panels and patches such as hoods, fenders, doors, bedsides, etc. are prone to have small dents, scratches and defects.   These small dents, scratches and defects do not constitute a damaged or defective part.  Body panels and patches are an unfinished raw product that in many cases have to be cut, welded, filled, sanded, primed, and painted.  If you receive a body panel or patch and believe that it is damaged or defective please contact customer support for assistance. 

Returns and Warranty

We are committed to customer satisfaction and the quality of the products and services we provide. As such, we have clear and straightforward warranty and return policies.

  • Returns Stock Parts: To receive a refund on parts (excluding shipping), any unused part must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase subject to 5% restocking fee. After 30 days, returned parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. If product is not returned in original product packaging it will be subject to 10% restocking fee. 

  • Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any part. Returns without this authorization will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee, regardless of the reason for the return.

  • Non-returnable Items: Products that have been modified, altered, painted, installed, or disassembled without prior approval from USA1 Industries are non-returnable. Additionally, products that are altered, painted, or deemed unsellable by USA1 Industries will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

  • In-store Credit: Returns made after 90 days of purchase (regardless of delivery date) will receive an in-store credit, due to limitations imposed by our card processing company.

  • Non-returnable Items Include (but are not limited to): Electrical switches, wiring harnesses, manuals, paint cans, parts we no longer sell, and singular products within a kit. Management can decide to keep and refund but with a restocking fee of 40%

  • Returns SOS or ALL Colored Interior Products To receive a refund on SOS part (excluding shipping), any unused part must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase will be charged 25% restocking fee. After 30 days, returned parts will be charged a restocking fee of 50%.

Please note, USA1 Industries is not responsible for any fees related to the installation, removal, modification, or repair of products purchased. Returns are typically done within 2 weeks after being returned but may take 30days after delivery back to us. All returns are to be sent to 1206 Springwood Church Rd. Gibsonville, NC 27249

Truck Freight

Inspect, Inspect, Inspect. All truck freight shipments must be inspected for damage in the presence of the driver. (Do not allow the driver to leave until you have inspected the entire shipment.) If you find damage, you must note the exact part and a clear description of the damage on the Bill of Lading. If parts are damaged beyond repair, you should refuse the entire shipment. The Bill of Lading is a legal document, and by signing it without noting damage, you release the freight carrier from all responsibility.

We also ask that you take a photo of the BOL with the driver’s initials written next to your damage notes. Since many carriers now use paperless systems, please ask the driver if damages need to be reported by phone. If so, request that they call dispatch in your presence and provide their full name for our records. Once this is completed, notify USA1 Industries Customer Service immediately for further assistance.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup operates just like any retail store. Parts will not be pulled until payment has been made and inventory has been verified. You may only pick up items that are currently in stock.

At the time of purchase, if an item is not in stock, you may choose to have it shipped directly to you. Standard shipping charges will apply. If you decide not to purchase an out-of-stock item, we can provide you with an estimated restock date. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed, and items are not reserved unless they are paid for. A pickup orders cannot be reserved only shipping ones.

Because we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly recommend purchasing and choosing shipment for backordered items to ensure you receive them when available.

This policy is not meant to inconvenience our local customers, but rather to ensure that we can fairly serve both local buyers and our web and phone orders. We appreciate you’re understanding and respect for this policy, which helps us provide better service to everyone.

Credit Card Fraud Prevention Policy

In 2025, credit card fraud remains a serious threat to both individuals and businesses. At USA1 Industries, we take this issue very seriously and are committed to doing our part to protect innocent customers as well as our company.

If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, management reserves the right to hold the order for up to 20 days for review or request a state-issued photo ID to verify the identity of the purchaser. We understand this process may be inconvenient at times, but these measures are in place to safeguard our customers and ensure the security of all transactions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to protect both you and our business.
