80/20 Loop Blend

USA1 Truck carries an excellent reproduction of the original 80/20 loop used in Chevrolet Trucks, Blazers, and Suburbans in 1973 & 1974. This carpet is the only carpet in the industry tufted from 80% rayon & 20% nylon and molded just like your original. It is dyed using the finest quality dyes available and is tested for ozone humidity fading & light fastness. Each carpet includes a heavy jute padding glued to its backside for added insulation an also includes a color coded heel pad. Below are color samples and factory names for your reference.

Cut Pile

For our 1975-87 Chevy Pickups and SUVs customers we offer our nylon cut pile carpet which is constructed from 100% first quality Dupont yarn. It is tufted on a 1/8 gauge machine with 14 ounces of yarn per square yard. This carpet is dyed in a continuous range operation with specific chemicals added to reduce fading. It is also tested for ozone humidity fading & light fastness. Each carpet is back with either a heavy rubber latex or polyethylene backing.
