This is a reproduction vinyl dash pad of the original GM product. It was manufactured using a metal structure which is then covered in a foam and wrapped in a vinyl material. Our dash pads are died at a manufacturing level in house to the original GM colors. The black dash pad is wrapped in the black vinyl with original style grain, honestly we have bought every single style and manufactures dash pad that are out there and you can trust this is the best one. The foam is dense and hard with not warp over time the dash pad has the metal structure to also ensure a stiff structure.
